Sossi Spanish Omelette

Ingredients

  • Sossi 180g
  • 8 Eggs- beaten
  • 1 large hoho/ green pepper – cubed
  • 1 medium onion – chopped
  • 1 bunch dhania/coriander – chopped
  • 12 table spoon – oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl put the eggs, then add onions, dhania, & green pepper & whisk all together.
  • Add Sossi tasty soya mince & mix thoroughly.
  • Heat pan & add oil
  • Put the omelette mixture in the pan & allow to cook well ensuring you press down the mixture. Turn sides and add oil cook (in 4-6 batches)
