Sossi Potato Roll

  • Sossi 180g
  • 6 large potatoes boiled
  • 1 ½  cups milk
  • 5 table spoon oil
  • 2 table spoon margarine
  • 3 cups self raising flour(pastry)
  • 1 big hoho/green pepper
  • 1  big onion chopped
  • 2 table spoon dhania/coriander chopped
  • 4 eggs beaten


  • Preheat oven 35% of 1800 c gas mark 4
  • In a bowl mash the potato with milk, then add a little flour & oil at a time into a thick consistency to form the pie pastry, then set aside.
  • In a pan, fry the onions, hoho, dhania in the rest of the margarine & stir in the Sossi mince app 8 minutes and leave to cool.
  • Roll out the potato pie pastry & put the cooked Sossi filling in the centre of the pastry.
  • Shape the pastry into an oblong & use fork to pinch ends together.
  • Place in a baking tin, brush the top with beaten egg & bake for 20-30 minutes.
