Ingredients

  • Sossi 180g
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 large green pepper (hoho) cubed
  • 4 table spoon oil
  • 1 tea spoon curry powder
  • 3 large tomatoes chopped
  • 6 green bananas cubed
  • 6 large potatoes cubed
  • 1 bunch of dhania/corriander
  • Water 8 cups

Instructions

  • In a bowl soak sossi in 1 cup water & set aside.
  • Fry onions & oil in a sufuria until golden.
  • Add tomatoes & curry powder & cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add bananas, potatoes & water, cover & leave cook for 20 minutes.
  • Add garlic, ginger, & Sossi, stir then leave to cook for another for 6 minutes.
  • Remove pot from fire, sprinkle dhania, stir and cover to cook up in heat.
