Sossi in Peas and Pasta

Ingredients
- Sossi 180g
 - I big onion
 - 8 cloves saumu (garlic) - crushed
 - 1 medium tangawizi (ginger) -grated
 - 3 big tomatoes -diced
 - 2 cup green peas- boiled
 - 3 big carrots - chopped
 - 4 tablespoons cooking oil
 - 200gms pasta/macoroni
 - 3 cups water
 
Instructions
- In a bowl soak sossi in 1 cup water & set aside.
 - In a sufuria boil pasta in salty water till ready or tender then drain water & set aside.
 - In another sufuria fry onions in a pot until golden, add ginger & garlic,
 - Add the carrots & tomatoes cover pot & cook for 5 minutes in low heat.
 - Now add the boiled peas stirring for app 2 minutes, before adding Sossi.
 - Leave to cook for 2 more minutes.
 - Add water leave to cook for 6 minutes.
 - Add the pasta & stir & cook for 3 more minutes.
