METHOD
- Soak 80g Sossi in a medium size cup of cold water (180ml) until all the water has been absorbed by the chunks (10 mins).
- In a sufuria, add the chopped onion and fry gently until tender (2 mins)
- Add the Sossi chunks, chopped tomato and salt to taste and fry whilst stirring adding 100ml water (5 mins)
- Add sukumawiki and mix it well
- Cook on high heat for (5 mins) to maintain crunchiness
