Sossi Mince kebabs

How to makes kebabs using Sossi Mince.


  • 2 Sossi Mince packs (90g)
  • 2 Cups soft bread crumbs
  • 7 Eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 2 Big onions (chopped)
  • 1 tps Black pepper
  • 3 tps Margarine
  • 2 Cloves of Saumu (garlic) grated
  • Cooking oil
  • 2 Bunch of Dhania (coriander) chopped
  • 2 tps Baking flour
  • 1 Cup of milk-water mixture

    1. Soak Sossi Mince in a bowl with 1 cup of milk-water mixture, to soften.
    2. Squeeze Sossi mince dry and drain all the excess water.
    3. Add 2 cups of bread crumbs, 2 chopped onions and 2 cloves garlic to the mince.
    4. Add 3 tps of margarine, 2 bunch of coriander and 1 tps of black pepper to the mince.
    5. Mix the ingredients all together, then shape mixture into small cylinders.
    6. Sprinkle the cylinder kebabs with flour then roll them in the 7 beat eggs.
    7. Place a pot of cooking oil on the stove.
    8. Deep fry the kebabs until their golden brown
    9. Repeat the flour, egg dip and twice, then drain the kebabs on a kitchen towel.
