Ingredients
- Sossi 180g
 - 1 big onion chopped
 - ½ tea spoon curry powder
 - 3tomato skinned & chopped
 - 1 medium ginger
 - 6 cloves garlic
 - 4 bunches sukumawiki sliced
 - 4 table spoon cooking oil
 - 2 cups water
 
Instructions
- In a bowl soak sossi in 1 cup water & set aside.
 - In a sufuria, fry the onions in oil until golden.
 - Add tomatoes & curry powder, stir & cook for app 2 minutes.
 - Add Sossi stir for a minute or so then add water & cook for 3 minutes.
 - Add sukumawiki & mix it well & cook in a low heat for about 5 minutes
